RAZOR-SHARP CUSTOMER PROFILES WITH PERSONA PROJECTS
Great marketing always starts with great insight. When GROUP7 sets to work on your challenges, we first work together with you to gather insights about your customers, their behaviour and needs. We define customer personas – razor-sharp customer profiles. That is the basic ingredient for your strategy.
We use all of the information that is already available with you and with us. We examine surveys conducted among our professional community and look for patterns in your data. And you will go on a customer safari – an exploratory journey into your own customer base.
We then go a step further. We conduct quantitative research, which allows us to further sharpen our insights. If you have CRM or purchase data, we also analyse that. During a work session, we then validate the persona(s) together with you and your colleagues.
You will carry out a Persona Project with a team of colleagues. Together, you will make sure that your personas are used for a purpose. Otherwise, developing a persona and then not actively using it would be a true waste of time.
