THE CUSTOMER PERSONA
A customer persona consists in part of the known demographic characteristics. Of more importance, however, are the softer characteristics that enable you to understand better what your customer wants and how you can help your customer to achieve this. We make use of the Empathy Map to develop your customer personas. There are substantial differences between all of your different customers. After all, aren’t customers people too? By smart clustering of overlapping characteristics, we work with you and your team towards a representative set of customer personas. Developing customer personas goes hand-in-hand with the customer journey mapping.
THE CUSTOMER JOURNEY
How do you increase conversions? You know that your target group knows very well how to find your organization. There are enough prospects filtering in. And yet very few of them reach the finish line. The customer journey describes the steps taken by your customer from initial orientation to actual purchase. As your customers proceed through this purchasing cycle, their information requirement changes constantly. If you don’t respond, or respond inadequately, there’s a good chance that they will drop out and not return. Which is not what you want, of course! So where does it go wrong? And more to the point: how can you improve this?

Or who exactly your customers and prospects are.
