A strategy is an approach for achieving your goals. In practice, the time frame during which you want to achieve your goals will vary anywhere from 1 to 5 years. Sometimes this includes goals for the entire company, or just for the marketing, sales or digital teams. We define that approach through a strategy process. That means it is always customised.
We always follow our proven approach, however: First gain insight into your customers, and only then choose a strategy.
Insight
Without proper knowledge of your market and your customers, it just won’t work. For this reason, we explore all the market knowledge already available in the company during the first phase. We usually conduct a few interviews because we want to know what is going well in the company and what is working less well. We also ask questions about the technology used and how the organisation operates.
Direction
We use work sessions to define the strategy. Through creative work methods – either online or in the conference room – we determine the potential directions and make choices. The work methods we choose depend on the exact objective and context.
Action
